We created a customer experience strategy that strives to improve both the
end-customers’ and distributors’ experience of the brand.
After analysing the touchpoints, we identified goals to improve and actions
to promote them. By pooling our trade marketing and sales efforts,
we built the campaign: LLEGA EL CALOR, LLEGA EL COLOR
(Summer’s coming, colour’s coming).
The campaign starred a well-known celebrity in Spain: Lucrecia.
The results of the campaign boosted traffic to points of sale, improved user
experience during purchase, improved experience for distributors by reinforcing
their links and created a buzz around various events featuring the celebrity.
